Utah Pole Vault Academy - Cameron Vongsawad and Devin James

We sit down with Cameron Vongsawad and Devin James who are coaches for the Utah Pole Vault Academy. Cameron has coached at Copper Hills High School and Herriman High School and has been with UTPVA as a coach since 2015. Cameron is currently the Head Coach and Executive Director of the program. Devin has been coaching the pole vault at Riverton High School since 2013 and started coaching at UTPVA in 2020 while also serving as Operations Manager. 

The conversation talks about all things pole vault. We talk about what the professionals do to get them to an elite level, while also focusing on those trying out the pole vault for the first time.
