Isaac Wood - SLCC Head Coach

This episode features one of Utah's most notable faces in track and field: Isaac Wood. Isaac is the head coach of the men's and women's track/field and cross country programs for Salt Lake Community College. In 2024, both teams swept the NJCAA Cross Country National Championships. Isaac is also one of the heads of Run Elite Program (REP) a group in Utah dedicated to providing professional athletes the care and support they need.
